1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A booking amount (20% of the total trip cost) is a non-refundable reservation fee for all Trip Vihara trips.

If you cancel your booking

• 10 days or more before the trip date: Full refund, excluding the 20% reservation charge.
• 5 to 9 days before the trip date: 50% of the amount, excluding the 20% reservation charge, is refunded.
• Less than 5 days before the trip date: No refund.

If Trip Vihara cancels or reschedules a trip

If we cancel or reschedule a trip from our side, you may choose one of the following:

1. Receive a full refund of everything you paid; or
2. Choose any other tour, and the money will be adjusted toward it.

If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control

If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons beyond our control, the booking amount is retained and the rest is refunded, or you can move to another date and the money will be adjusted.

2. Our Policies

1. We do not offer or include any travel insurance or any other insurance in any of our services.
2. We are a small company and therefore have a strict cancellation policy.
3. Consumption of alcohol or other substances is strictly banned by law in Bihar. Trip Vihara shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, legal case, property damage, or other adverse outcome arising directly or indirectly from such illegal consumption. We reserve the right to immediately cancel the tour and inform local police, without any refunds.
4. We are not liable and will not assume financial responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs, accidents, or expenses arising in any of our tours. By booking, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of any third-party suppliers providing services included in your trip. Trip Vihara is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of such third parties.
5. The participant is responsible for any costs associated with damages he or she has caused to themselves or anyone else. The participant must make full payment for damages as soon as possible to the party or parties who have suffered said damages. You will also be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us and all costs incurred by us (including our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.
